3. PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros.
The total price payable by the customer, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before the order is completed.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method and order value selected by the customer.
4. ORDERS
To place an order, select the desired products, choose the available options and delivery method, provide the required information and complete the payment.
Before submitting the order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery information and total price.
By completing the order, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.
After your order has been received, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by you.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
An order is considered placed once the payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted by SWAG.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered using the delivery methods available at checkout, including DPD and Omniva.
The estimated delivery time for standard orders is 2–5 business days unless a different delivery time is stated for a particular product or order.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The available delivery methods and applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment.
7. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If a package arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, or the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us at info@swagwear.eu as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the package or product.
We will investigate the issue and provide further instructions.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless an exception provided by applicable law applies.
