RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@swagwear.eu with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You may also use the withdrawal function available on our website, where provided.

RETURNING THE GOODS

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Please contact us at info@swagwear.eu before sending the goods back. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

The direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility.

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery option you selected when placing your order.

We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us, we are only required to refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

You have the right to examine and try the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

If the value of the goods has decreased because the goods were handled more than necessary for this purpose, you may be liable for the resulting decrease in value.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided by applicable law applies.

This may include, for example, personalised or custom-made goods and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@swagwear.eu before returning the product.

Defective, damaged or incorrect goods are handled separately from standard returns. Where required by applicable law, SWAG will be responsible for the applicable costs related to the return.
